The Alpha cycle is more focused on developing your overall fitness, and focuses vary hard on combining exercises to include numerous different muscle groups. These two cycles are the Alpha, and Beta cycles. The base T25 workout routine is broken up into two different cycles. All you need is a workout mat, and an exercise band, which both are included with the program. You can also do it with minimal equipment. The entire purpose of this workout is intensity, paired with efficiency. You don’t get any breaks at all throughout the entire 25 minutes. This workout program is 25 minutes of putting out your maximum effort, with absolutely no breaks. More or less, the T25 workout program is a condensed version of the INSANITY workout program. Only requiring twenty five minutes each day, this workout is designed to help you get the most out of every workout.
